Provider Referral Information

As a community 501(c)3 non-profit organization, All-Desert Mental Health and Wellness has partnered with community organizations, clinics and solo practitioners. We rely on referrals from you and your colleagues for the continued growth, success and services for the mental health community. Our Admitting and Intake Department is not open 24 hours a day, however, we will respond to messages 7 days a week for your convenience and to better serve you and your patients’ needs. If your client needs an emergency evaluation, please refer him/her to an emergency facility, however, we will be here to resume admission after he/she is discharged. In non-emergency situations, our intake coordinator will connect with you ASAP.

Family/Friend Referral for Mental Health

All-Desert Mental Health and Wellness (ADMHW) realizes that admitting a family member or friend to a hospital is a difficult and stressful time, no matter what the predicament. Regardless of the issue, we are here to answer your questions and be your step-by-step guide. We know what you are going through and we are here to help.

It is our earnest wish that despite the dilemma, our programs and/or services will bring renewed hope for individuals who cross our path.  It is our goal at ADMHW to see this path as a time of opportunity and growth and to join with you on your journey to success. 
Here, your family member or friend will receive exceptional service, quality care and be treated with the utmost respect and dignity.

Mental Health Self-Referral

You have already done the hardest thing by taking the first step in recognizing you have a problem and seeking help with your mental health issue and/or addiction. Know that you are not alone and that we understand what you are going through. We are here to help you.

We are ready to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about ADMHW. We will walk you through the process of what becoming a client of ADMHW entails and explain the features and the benefits of our multi-dimensional program.

We can answer your questions about insurance coverage and, if applicable, check your insurance benefits to see what amount your insurance company might pay towards your treatment. Many people will understandably be quite nervous about taking this first step to get help, but we will explain to you in detail, the answers to questions that you will be most concerned about. You will receive answers to:

» The costs and payment structure
» If your health insurance can be used for treatment
» Transportation options
» The process and benefits of intensive outpatient mental health treatment

And, of course, you will be invited to visit and tour our MH-IOP center and see the serenity of the California desert, as well as nearby amenities and attractions.
